Policy
Each session is meticulously crafted and customized to meet your unique needs. Prioritizing the health of your hair is essential, which is why Olaplex is incorporated into all blonding services. Please note that pricing may vary based on individual requirements.

Consultation
I offer personalized consultations to plan your ideal hair journey before booking. This allows me to assess your features and determine the color and style that best suit you. You’ll gain a clear understanding of the process and pricing structure before we begin.

Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours will result in a $75 fee. Please contact us by phone or email at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid this charge.

Late Policy
A 10-minute grace period is generally allowed. If you are unable to arrive within this time frame, parts of the service may need to be adjusted to fit the scheduled time.

Patch + Strand Testing
Patch and strand testing may be required. This can be done during your consultation appointment to ensure compatibility and safety.

Waiting Time
Due to the complex nature of hair coloring and balayage, exact timing may vary. Please be prepared for a potential waiting period of up to 30 minutes before starting your appointment.

Service Guarantee and Refunds
Our salon maintains a no-refund policy on services. Once a service is completed, it is considered final. In rare cases where a refund is deemed necessary, the services provided will be reversed as a standard practice, maintaining the quality and integrity of our work. Please be aware that removing treatments may impact future color outcomes, as adjustments can make it challenging to achieve the ideal color.
